Crusader Kings 3 (Console Edition) - Upscaled XBox Achievement Icons

As part of the DLC updated for the Console Version, we also needed updated icons for the achievements on Playstation and XBox. The PC achievement icons were low resolution, so I worked on up scaling them to the correct sizes which involved paint overs for all icons. All Icons were designed by the original team that worked on the PC Version, these are just high res repaints!
